Princeton, N.J. – Millersville competed at the Princeton Elite Outdoor Track and Field Meet Saturday afternoon, an event that hosted several schools from all three divisions.
In women's action Chrissy Savage finished seventh in the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.78 seconds. Mattie Conaboy followed in 13th in 13.32. Savage also took home 11th in the 400-meter hurdles in 1:05.21.
On the men's side, Keith Ogden finished fifth in the 400 hurdles in 54.19, just .19 shy of an NCAA provisional mark. Anthony Adamski landed 13th in the 100 in 11.34 seconds.
In the 200-meter dash, Jeff Robinson crossed the line in a season-best 21.62 for a fourth place finish.
Off the track, Jorrel Nugent and Stephen Boyd tied for fifth in the long jump with a distance of 22-3 3/4. For Boyd, the jump was a season-best.
Boyd and Wallace took home sixth and seventh, respectively, in the triple jump. Boyd landed a distance of 43-8 1/2 while Wallace leapt a season-best 42-8. Zach Kohler finished sixth in the high jump, clearing a height of 6-4 1/4.
Emily Francisco and Sarah Tull competed at the Elliston Invitational at Lock Haven Saturday. The two finished first and second in the 10,000-meter run. Francisco finished in 39:37.25 and Tull crossed the line in a season-best 39:52.57.
The Marauders head to Kutztown for the Last Chance Invitational on Saturday, May 8, for their final meet before the PSAC Championships.
