Millersville, Pa. - Former Millersville cross country and track and field star Jeff Bradley '74 is currently in the midst of a trans-American bicycle trip. Over 71 days, Bradley will travel from Florence, Ore., to Yorktown, Va. He documents each day on his blog.

Bradley received both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Millersville, and in 1995, he was part of the inaugural Millersville University Athletic Hall of Fame class. He remains the only cross country/track and field athlete to have his singlet retired.
While running for the Marauders, he captured NAIA and NCAA College Division Cross Country All-America honors in 1972 and 1973 and won the 1973 PSAC Championship. In the 1974 track season, he won the three-mile and six-mile runs at the PSAC Championships. Bradley also helped Cy Fritz coach the 1981 NCAA Cross Country Championship squad.
Bradley recently retired from teaching at Hempfield High School and as the head track and field coach of the ultra-successful Black Knight program.
