"Shorty" Hitchcock Memorial Classic Set for Jan. 19

Millersville, Pa. - The Millersville University wrestling program is set to host the annual "Shorty" Hitchcock Memorial Classic on Sunday, Jan. 19, 2014. The tournament is open to the first 300 wrestlers to register.
Only the first 300 paid wrestlers will be accepted and wrestlers must be registered by Jan. 15. Wrestlers are encouraged to sign up online at gimpsoftware.com. There is a $35, non-refundable entry fee.
The location of the tournament has moved to the Student Memorial Center, which is located on 21 South George Street in Millersville. Parking is available on Shenks Lane. The facility allows for nine competition mats. Fans are encouraged to bring chairs. Seating is available around the track.
Skin checks begin at 6:45 a.m., with weigh-ins at 7 a.m., and wrestling starting at 9 a.m.
