Millersville, Pa. – The Millersville wrestling team defeated Thaddeus Stevens 51-4 in a non-conference matchup Monday night.
The Marauders were helped by six forfeits. Freshman
Kevin Constantine pinned Brad Snider at the 2:10 mark of his bout to put the Marauders up 15-0. Constantine grabbed his first victory as a Marauder.
Redshirt junior
Shane Ruhnke had a 7-3 advantage after the first period. Ruhnke kept with the momentum and finished the second period up 15-7. Ruhnke pinned Bailey Shutt with 33 seconds left in his bout. That brought the lead to 33-4.

Caleb Warner claimed victory by forfeits in the match.
A minute into the first period at 125 pounds, redshirt junior
Connor Sheehan grabbed an early 6-0 lead. Sophomore Stephan Caple took down Sheehan to grab two points for the score to go to 8-4. Sheehan eventually took a 12-10 decision win in the first bout of the match.

Cross Cossitor in a 10-1 major decision win.
The Marauders extended its series lead against Thaddeus Stevens to 3-0. The Marauders claimed victory over the Bulldogs last in the 2014-15 season when they beat them 55-0.
Millersville looks to the Mercyhurst Invitational on Saturday, Dec. 2 where they will face Mercyhurst and Gannon.
